Ingredients
- Topping:
- 3 c sweet potatoes, baked and peeled
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1/3 c evaporated milk
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1/2 c butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/3 c butter
- 1/2 c flour
- 1 c brown sugar
- 1 c chopped pecans
Preparation
Step 1
Mash potatoes. Add sugar and butter and beat until blended. Add remaining ingredients and beat. Pour into 9x13 pan. Add topping and spread over sweet potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 mins.
