Ingredients
- 24 oz russet potatoes, peeled, very thinly sliced
- 4 tbsp butter, melted
- 2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2-1 tsp ground white pepper
Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees
2. In a large bowl, gently toss the potatoes with 3 tbsp melted butter to coat each slice. Add salt and pepper and gently toss again
3. Brush remaining melted butter in the everyday pan. Arrange potatoes overlapping in pan
4. Place in oven and bake until golden brown and crisp, about 25-30 minutes. If necessary, place pan under preheated broiler for added crispness
