Ingredients
- 3 tbs. margarine
- 3 tbs. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 2 cups corn
- 2 eggs
Preparation
Step 1
Melt margarine in saucepan. Stir in flour, salt, and sugar. Add milk slowly, stirring constantly over low heat until mixture thickens and boils. Stir in corn and fold in well beaten eggs. Bake at 350 degrees until firm.
