Ingredients
- 8-9 potatoes, unpeeled
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 2 c. milk
- 1 c. grated cheddar cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Boil unpeeled potatoes until tender. Cool completely. Remove skins and grate. Heat margarine and milk until melted. Add potatoes and 1/2 c. cheese. Pour into greased 2 qt. casserole. Bake uncovered at 350 for 1 1/4 hrs. Sprinkle 1/2 1 c. grated cheese over top last 15 min. of baking.
