Ingredients
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp thyme
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cracked black pepper
- 1/4 tsp cracked white pepper
- 1/2 tsp rubbed sage
- 1/4 tsp rosemary
- 1 tsp Ancho or Pasilla pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Add all ingredients to food processor or spice grinder and pulse until evenly ground.
