Ingredients
- 6 baked potatoes
- 1 stick butter
- 8 oz sour cream
- shredded cheddar (some mixed in, some on top) - to taste
- little milk
- little onion (optional)
- salt & pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Cut baked potatoes in half and remove potato from skin. Mix other ingredients well and then add potato. Mix well again.
Bake at 350 for 2 - 30 minutes or until bubbly.
