Twice Baked Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 6 baked potatoes
  • 1 stick butter
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • shredded cheddar (some mixed in, some on top) - to taste
  • little milk
  • little onion (optional)
  • salt & pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Cut baked potatoes in half and remove potato from skin. Mix other ingredients well and then add potato. Mix well again.

Bake at 350 for 2 - 30 minutes or until bubbly.
