Shells with turkey and lentils

Ingredients

  • 12-15 jumbo shells or8 manicotti
  • 1/2 pound ground turkey
  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • 1 large Roma finely chopped
  • 1 T Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 t pepper
  • 1 c cooked lentils
  • 15 oz Alfredo sauce
  • 1/2 ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 c mozzerella

Preparation

Step 1

Cook meat and seasoning. Add 1 lentils and 1 cup alfredo and cheeses. Spoon 1/3 c filling in each manicotti or 2 T in each shell. Cover and bake for 15 minutes at 375. Sprinkle more cheese, drizzle alfredo and return to oven until hot
