Ingredients
- 3 large eggplants
- 5 cloves garlic
- olive oil
- 2 and 1/2 tomato sauce
- 2 TBSP red or white vinegar
Preparation
Step 1
Peel in strips and press
saute eggplant in olive oil with garlic
take eggplant out and put tomato sauce in pan
add vinegar and bring to boil
layer the eggplant
