Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c butter
  • 1 1/4 c sugar
  • 1/2 c milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 c flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsps baking poser
  • 2 1/2 c blueberries
  • 2 tblsp sugar topping

Preparation

Step 1

Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs. Sift dry ingredients.
Add dry ingredients alternately with milk. Take 1/2c blueberries and mash. Then add the rest of the blueberries by hand. Fill cups 3/4 high and sprinkle with sugar.

Bake @375 20-30 minutes
