CHERRY BOMBS

  • 3 T cocoa
  • 1/2 c crushed choc wafers
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 c 10X sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/2 c butter softened
  • 1 jar maraschino cherries (10 oz) with stems

Preparation

Step 1

Drain cherries. Beat sugar, butter, cocoa, vanilla and salt—refrigerate 2 hours or overnight. Form this mixture around cherry and then dip cherry in crushed chocolate wafer.
