Ingredients
- 4 + slices bacon
- salt & pepper
- 4 T butter
- 1 c shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 T dried onion
- 8 potatoes, peeled & sliced
Preparation
Step 1
Cook bacon over medium heat. Drain & crumble. Leave grease in pan & stir in butter. Add onion & potatoes. Cover pan and cook until potatoes are golden brown (15 minutes). Sprinkle w/ salt, pepper, cheese & bacon. Cook on low until cheese is melted.
