Ham Pasta

Ingredients

  • Large shells
  • Ham steak
  • Broccoli (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 cup of cream at a time
  • Parmesean cheese, shredded
  • Musrooms

Preparation

Step 1

Cook shells, drain and set aside.

Warm ham steak in microwave or stove top.

Chop the broccoli and mushrooms and cook in saute pan, set aside.

In the same pan mix the cream and parmesean together, using 1/2 cup of cream at a time.

Add back in the mushrooms, broccoli and ham, stir to coat.

Pour mixture over pasta and serve
