Apricot Keilbasa

Ingredients

  • 1 lb keilbasa cut into 1/4 inch slices
  • 1-12 oz apricot preserves
  • 2 T lemon juice
  • 2 t dijon mustard
  • 1/4 t ground ginger

Preparation

Step 1

Brown Keilbasa, drain and set aside.
Add remaining ingredients to skillet. Cook over low heat stirring occasionally till preserves are melted.
Add Keilbasa and simmer till heated.
