Ingredients
- 1 lb keilbasa cut into 1/4 inch slices
- 1-12 oz apricot preserves
- 2 T lemon juice
- 2 t dijon mustard
- 1/4 t ground ginger

Preparation
Step 1
Brown Keilbasa, drain and set aside.
Add remaining ingredients to skillet. Cook over low heat stirring occasionally till preserves are melted.
Add Keilbasa and simmer till heated.
