- Fresh basil to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/2 cup parsley
- 1/2 cup green onions
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 6 oz mushrooms
- 1/2 cup white wine
- Served over rice or pasta
