BROCCOLI/CHEESE & RITZ

  • 20 oz frozen broccoli
  • 1 stack Ritz, crumbled
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/2 lb sliced Velveeta

Preparation

Step 1

Cook broccoli according to package directions. Melt butter and stir in cracker crumbs. Grate or slice cheese. While broccoli is warm, put a layer in a casserole, add layer of cheese, layer of cracker crumbs, broccoli, cheese, and end with cracker crumbs. Bake 350, 30 minutes.
