Green Beans with Craisins and Almonds

Ingredients

  • 1 lb green beans
  • 1 tbs coconut oil
  • Pinch ground nutmeg and allspice
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1/2 c. sliced almonds
  • 1/2 c. craisins
  • Juice and zest of 1/2 orange

Preparation

Step 1

Toast almonds in fry pan and set aside. Sauté beans in oil until tender about 6 minutes. add spices and cook 30 seconds remove from heat add almonds, craisins, orange juice and zest.
