Pickled Carrots and Daikon

Use as a condiment with fresh or fried spring rolls.

Ingredients

  • 2 c water
  • 1 c sugar
  • 1 c rice vinegar
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 pounds carrots and/or daikon, julienned

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients and marinate for at least 24 hours.
