Peach Pie

  • 5 peaches, peeled and sliced
  • 2 T. minute tapioca
  • 1/2 c. cream
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • Soak tapioca in cream for 15-20 min. Add sugar and mix. Slice peaches in pie shell. Pour cream mixture over peaches. Top with crust; bake 1 hr. at 350.
