Ingredients
- 5 peaches, peeled and sliced
- 2 T. minute tapioca
- 1/2 c. cream
- 3/4 c. sugar
- Soak tapioca in cream for 15-20 min. Add sugar and mix. Slice peaches in pie shell. Pour cream mixture over peaches. Top with crust; bake 1 hr. at 350.
