- 1 lb fresh kale
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 tsp kosher or sea salt
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400
Wash kale and pat dry with paper towels or put into a salad spinner. Make sure kale is completely dry. Moisture prevents it from getting crispy. Remove stems and tear into small pieces. Drizzle with olive oil and spread on to a rimed baking sheet. Make sure no pieces overlap. Sprinkle with salt and bake 10 mins, or until crispy
