Ingredients
- 6 Large Yukon Gold potatoes
- 1 Cup Sour Cream
- 1 Cup Chicken Broth/Stock
- 2 Teaspoons of Black Pepper
- 2 Tablespoons of Garlic Salt
- 2 Tablespoons of Parsley
- Butter or Margarine to taste
Preparation
Step 1
PeelPotatoes
Boil on high heat for 35 to 40 mins, until fork tender
Drain water, add Chicken Stock/Broth
Mash Potatoes with large serving fork
Add Sour Cream, Garlic Salt, Pepper, Butter, and Parsley
Potatoes will be creamy and slightly lumpy creamy.
