Ingredients

  • 6 Large Yukon Gold potatoes
  • 1 Cup Sour Cream
  • 1 Cup Chicken Broth/Stock
  • 2 Teaspoons of Black Pepper
  • 2 Tablespoons of Garlic Salt
  • 2 Tablespoons of Parsley
  • Butter or Margarine to taste

Preparation

Step 1

PeelPotatoes
Boil on high heat for 35 to 40 mins, until fork tender
Drain water, add Chicken Stock/Broth
Mash Potatoes with large serving fork
Add Sour Cream, Garlic Salt, Pepper, Butter, and Parsley
Potatoes will be creamy and slightly lumpy creamy.
