Asian-Style Oven-Fried Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Panko crumbs
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher or sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • Red potatoes (cut into thin wedges)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat 400 degrees
2. Line cookie sheet with foil and pam
3. In bowl, mix panko, salt, garlic powder and ginger
4. In another bowl, put potatoes, oil and paper flakes.
5. Combine bowls and mix well.
6. Spread potatoes in a single layer on the pan
7. Bake 25 minutes until tender.
