Blueberry Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 cup berries
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup sugar or 1/4 cup Truvia
  • 2 T. lemon juice
  • 2 T. cornstarch mixed with 2 T. water
  • 1/2 t. vanilla
  • 1 T. lemon zest

Preparation

Step 1

Heat berries, water, sugar and lemon juice to a low boil. Mix cornstarch and 2 T. water. Slowly stir cornstarch mixture into berries. Cook until thick. Add vanilla and zest.
