Potato Filling - Easy

Ingredients

  • 3 cups mashed potatoes
  • 2 slices cubed bread (or croutons)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 sweet onion (or dry minced)
  • Milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Saute onions in butter
Add to mashed potatoes
Add bread, eggs and enough milk to make the mixture a thick soup consistency
Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden brown
