Ingredients
- 1 c. fresh broccoli florets
- 3/4 c. halved seedless red grapes
- 1/3 c. chopped celery
- 1/3 c. chopped green onions
- 1/3 c. sliced water chestnuts
- 1/4 c. raisins
- 1/2 c. fat-free plain yogurt
- 2 T. reduced-fat mayo
- 1 t. honey
Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl, combine the broccoli, grapes, celery, onions, water chestnuts and raisins. In a small bowl, combine the yogurt, mayo and honey. Pour over broccoli mixture and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour or until chilled
