Ingredients
- # 1 can refried beans with jalapenos
- # 4 oz softened cream cheese
- # 1/2 cup Mexican blend shredded cheese
- # 2 tbsp hot sauce
- # 1 tsp cumin
- # 1 tbsp chili powder
- # 1/3 cup green chili enchilada sauce
- # 1 box thawed chopped spinach
- # 4 oz sour cream
- # 3/4 cup red enchilada sauce
- # 1 cup Mexican blend shredded cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Combine first 8 ingredients in medium sized bowl. Stir until well blended. Spread into a shallow dish like a glass pie plate or similar dish. Cover with a layer of sour cream, followed by enchilada sauce and finish with a layer of cheese. Cook for approximately 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve with chips.
