Ingredients

  • Layer an 8x8 pan with sliced peaches
  • 3/4 c. brown sugar over peaches
  • Beat 1 egg; add 1 c. flour, 1 c. sugar, and 1 T. baking powder, and vanilla
  • Layer over sugar; press down
  • Pour 1 stick melted butter over the top
  • Bake 45 min. at 375.
