- 1 LB GROUND BEEF
- 1 14 OZ CAN BEEF BROTH
- 1 1/4 CUPS WATER
- 1 10 OZ PKG FROZEN VEGETABLES
- 1 14 1/2 OZ CAN TOMATOES, CUT UP
- 1 10 3/4 OZ CAN CONDENSED TOMATO SOUP
- 1 TBSP DRIED MINCED ONION
- 1 TSP DRIED ITALIAN SEASONING CRUSHED
- 1/4 TSP GARLIC POWDER
Preparation
Step 1
1 IN A LARGE SKILLET COOK BEEF UNTIL BROWN. DRAIN FAT
2 TRANSFER MEAT TO SLOW COOKER. ADD REMAINING INGREDIENTS.
3 COVER; COOK ON LOW HEAT FOR 7-8 HOURS
