Crabmeat Royale

Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 2 lb lump jumbo crabmeat
  • 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • salt anbd pepper to taste
  • 1 Tbsp finely chopped green onions
  • 1 Tbsp minced fresh parsley
  • 2 Tbsp toasted almond slivers

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 325.

In a large mixing bowl, gently toss butter with crabmeat. Add lemon juice, salt and black pepper, green onions and parsley.

Mound mixture evenly into ramekins and sprinkle with almonds. Bake for 10 minutes or until just warmed through. Serve immediately.
