Strawberry Pie

Given to mom by Sondra Kennedy at church in Aurora.

Ingredients

• 1 C sugar
• 1 cup juice or water
• 3 T cornstarch
• 1 T butter
• 3 C berries
• Prepared crust
• Cool Whip

Preparation

Step 1

Mix cornstarch with sugar, add juice and cook until thick. Pour over berries in a prepared crust. Top with cool whip.
