Cheddar Chicken and Pasta

Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts halves, cubed
  • 1 can (14 1/2 ounce) chicken broth
  • 2 cups rotini pasta, uncooked
  • 1 package (10 ounces) frozen broccoli flowerets, thawed
  • 1 package (8 ounces) Kraft Classic Melts Cheese Blend

Preparation

Step 1

1. Cook chicken in skillet sprayed with no stick cooking spray until cooked through
2. Add broth to skillet; bring to boil
3. Stir in pasta, top with broccoli; return to boil. Cover and simmer 10-12 minutes or until pasta is tender, stirring once halfway through cooking
4. Stir in cheese. Cook and stir on low heat until cheese is melted. Let stand 5 minutes for sauce to thicken
