Ingredients
- 1 cup finely chopped tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp chopped green onion
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp granulated sugar
- 1/4 tsp each salt and pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Combine tomatoes, basil, garlic, onion, oil, lemon juice, sugar, salt and pepper. Let stand for at least 15 minutes or refrigerate for up to 1 day. Makes about 1 cup.
