Ingredients
- 1 box Butternut Squash Ravioli
- 1 stick Butter
- 2 Tblsp. Chopped Fresh Sage
- 1/4 cup grated Locatelli Pecorino Romano Cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Boil water for the Butternut Squash Ravioli and cook for approximately 5 minutes. Avoid stirring.
In the meantime, cook the butter in a heavy large skillet over medium heat just until golden, stirring often, 3-4 min.
Add the sage and stir for 1 min.
Lower the heat and add the ravioli. Cook until heated through and completely coated with butter, 3-4 min. Avoid stirring the ravioli too much!
Season with salt and pepper. Transfer to a bowl and sprinkle with 1/4 cup grated Locatelli Cheese.
