Ingredients
- 1 med head cauliflower cut into florets
- 1/3 cup milk
- salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 tbsp chives
- 1 tbsp. parsley
Preparation
Step 1
Boil cauliflower in a large pot of water. Drain and return to pot Add milk,butter,salt and pepper and puree in a blender or with a masher. Mix in herbs and serve
