Tuna cornbread Cakes

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg buttermilk cornbread Mix
  • 2/3 cup Milk
  • 2 Tab mayonaise
  • 3 green onions
  • 3 lg. eggs, lightly beaten
  • 2 Tab copped parsley
  • 1 tsp old bay seasoning
  • 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
  • 2 foil pouches herb &garlic Tuna
  • 3 Tab. butter
  • 3 Tbs. veg oil
  • 1 .Heat oven 425. combine cornbread mix and Milk.
  • 2 .Bake 425 degrees Sg.8 inch pan. 15 Mins.
  • 3 . Stir in Mayonaise and next 5 ingredients.
  • 4 . Crumble cornbread, 2 cups, Fold cornbread crumbs and Tuna and into Mayonaise mixture, Blend Shape into patties. Cook in butter/olive oil 2-3 mins. per side. Serve with Aioli Sauce.
  • Lemon Aioli
  • 3/4 cup mayo
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp lemon Zest
  • 1 Tab lemon juice, fresh
  • 1/4 tsp.salt & pepper
  • combine,chill.will keep 3 days
