Crunchy Onion Chicken

Ingredients

  • 2 c.(4oz.) French's French Fried Onions
  • 2 T. flour
  • 4 (5oz.) boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 egg, beaten--add a little salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Crush French Fried Onions with flour in plastic bag.
Dip chicken into egg; then coat in onion crumbs.
Bake on a baking sheet at 400 for 20 minutes or you can bake a little longer at 350.
