Pumpkin Bars

Ingredients

  • Frosting:
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 2/3 c. sugar
  • 1 c. oil
  • 16 oz can pumpkin
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 3 oz pkg cream cheese
  • 1/2 c margarine
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 c powdered sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Cream 1st 4 ingredients, until fluffy. Add dry ingredients & mix well. Pur into ungreased 15x10 jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 for 30 min. Cool frost.

Frosting:
Cream together cream cheese & margarine. Add other 2 ingredients and beat until smooth. May need to add sm amt. (4 tsp) milk to thin. Frost when cool & refrigerate until frosting hardens.

Can be frozen
