Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup mayo
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 2 Tbs. worchestershire
- 1 Tbs. lemon juice
- 2 cups crabmeat
- 1 Tbs. capers, drained
- 2 Tbs. green peppers, chopped
- 2 slices cubed bread
- 1/4 cup cheddar cheese
- 1 lemon, quartered
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400. Combine egg, mayo, mustard, worchestershire, and lemon juice. Mix well. Add crabmeat with capers, pepper, and bread. Toss.
Divide into 4 individual dishes or a 1 quart dish. Bake 10 minutes. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake 5 minutes more.
