Five Hour Beef Stew

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. beef stew meat
  • 6 carrots, but up
  • 1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes
  • 2 c. celery, chopped
  • 2 cups potatoes, diced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 tbsp. tapioca
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tbsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Bake in covered casserole at 250 degrees for 5 hours. Don't open oven door during these 5 hours.
