Carrot Cake

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cake flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt (optional)
  • 1 1/4 cup oil
  • 3 cups finely grated carrots (about 4, l lb bag
  • enough)

Preparation

Step 1

Sift dry ingredients together.

Add oil & mix well.

Add eggs &mix.

Add carrots.

Oil &flour 3 cake pans well.

Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes
