Mandarin Orange Cake

  • 1 pkg. yellow cake mix (plain, not SuperMoist or pudding mix)
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 c. oil
  • 1 can mandarin oranges and juice

Preparation

Step 1

Beat cake mix, eggs, oil, oranges and juice for 3 min. Put into greased 9x13 pan. Bake 30-35 min. in 350 oven; cool. You may use 4 eggs and 1/2 c. oil.
Mandarin Orange Cake Topping:
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple and juice
Mix Cool Whip, vanilla, pudding mix, pineapple and juice together. Spread on cake. Refrigerate.
