Ingredients
- 5 small to medium potatoes
- 1/2 stick of margarine
- 1/2 cup of milk
Preparation
Step 1
Peel and wash potatoes
Slice potatoes
Cover with water in large saucepan; boil until tender; then drain
Mix with mixer until creamy (not soupy)
Add 1/2 stick margarine
Beat with mixer; add approximately 1/2 cup of milk (small amounts at a time)
Cream with mixer on low speed; if too stiff - add more milk
Salt and pepper to taste.
