Ingredients
- 1 Deep Dish pie shell
- 1 can (4 1/2 to 5 1/2 oz) whole shrimp drained
- 1/3 cup green onions; chopped (tops included)
- 4 oz Swiss Cheese; grated (1 cup)
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup of milk
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/8 t pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Distribute shrimp over the bottom of the pie shell
Sprinkle evenly with the green onions and cheese
In a separate bowl; beat together the eggs, milk, salt and pepper Pour this mixture over the shrimp and~ cheese
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until custard is firm in the center
Let stand for 10 minutes before serving
