Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups beer
- 3 large onions, sliced
- 3-4 cups shortening
Preparation
Step 1
Mix flour and beer and blend thoroughly.
Cover and let sit at room temperature for 3 hours.
Deep fry.
Keep in oven at 200* to stay warm
