Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Ib pork tenderloin
- 1/2 cup peach jam
- 1 package onion soup mix
- Salt
- Pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Salt and pepper pork tenderloin to taste
Wrap in foil
Place in 9" X 13" pan
Bake at 325-350 degrees for 1 hour
While tenderloin is baking, mix jam, and onion soup mix Let stand for at least 10 minutes
After 1 hour take tenderloin out and pour mixture over.
Reseal tenderloin in foil and put back in oven
Bake for additional 30 minutes.
Serve after draining off juices.
