Ingredients
- 8 oz package of Cream Cheese
- 1 box of confectioner's sugar
- 1/2 stick of butter (or margarine) softened.
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 cup of nuts (chopped).
Preparation
Step 1
Cream the Cream Cheese, sugar, butter and vanilla until smooth.
Add nuts.
Spread between layers of carrot cake and on top.
