Carrot Cake Cream Cheese Icing

  • 8 oz package of Cream Cheese
  • 1 box of confectioner's sugar
  • 1/2 stick of butter (or margarine) softened.
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 cup of nuts (chopped).

Preparation

Step 1

Cream the Cream Cheese, sugar, butter and vanilla until smooth.

Add nuts.

Spread between layers of carrot cake and on top.
