Ingredients
- 1 can whole kernel corn; drained
- 1 can of cream corn
- 2 eggs; beaten
- 1 small onion; chopped
- 1/2 cup of water
- 1 cup Jiffy corn muffin mix (DO NOT SUBSTITUTE)
- 1/2 stick of margarine
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients together and pour into 2 quart pan
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour
