Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. cream of coconut
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

Preparation

Step 1

1. Beat cream cheese and butter at medium speed with an electric mixer until creamy. Gradually add powdered sugar; beating in low speed until blended. Increase speed to medium, and beat in cream of coconut and vanilla extract until smooth.
