Pulled Pork

This recipe is very easy and was shared with by a friend who makes it often when having a family and friends gathering. It is delish and very yummy!

Ingredients

  • 4 lbs pork butt
  • 1 bottle Italian salad dressing
  • barbeque sauce, for serving (Sweet Baby Ray's is an excellent choice, but use your favorite!)

Preparation

Step 1

Place pork butt in a plastic food storage bag and pour in the salad dressing; marinate several hours or overnight. Put pork and marinade in crockpot and cook on High for 4 hours, then on Low for 4 hours. Pull pork apart using a couple forks. Serve with or without sandwich rolls as desired with the barbeque sauce on the side.
