Pasta with Feta, Black olives and tomatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. dried pasta--Penne, spaghetti, or linguine
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/2 cup cured black olives, roughly chopped (kalamata)
  • 1 cup chopped tomatoes or halved cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled soft sheep's milk.
  • 1 tsp. ground black pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Cook pasta in boiling salted water. drain and return to pot.
Toss the pasta with all ingredients.
